As a professional pest controller, we are fully committed to heath and safety requirements. Our main objective is to provide effective pest control services thus prioritize in heath and safety for environment, human and all living creatures. Please read through our guidelines listed below.

Before Execution of Pest Control Works:

1. Ensure full housekeeping, sanitation and cleaning works have been conducted.


2. Ensure floors and internal drainage system is clean and dry.


3. Ensure all used kitchen utensils are properly cleaned and stored.


4. Ensure all rubbish and left over foods are properly disposed.


5. Ensure all foods and kitchen utensils were properly covered with plastic sheet or other materials available.


6. Ensure all cabinets and drawers are unlock (except safe box) for inspection and treatment.


7. Ensure air-conditional and ventilation fan are switch off.


8. Ensure fish tank or aquarium is properly covered with plastic sheet or other materials available.


9. Ensure all people (staffs & customers) and pets were removed out from the premises.


10. Ensure "Escort" or "Security Guard" (from customer side) to wear respirator mask while accompany the pest controller during execution of pest control works.

After Execution of Pest Control Works:

1. Ensure all doors and windows were properly closed.


2. Ensure treated premises only can be entered after minimum 2 hours if misting or fogging were conducted. If no misting or fogging were conducted, the premises can be entered after minimum 30 minutes.


3. Ensure proper ventilation process by turning on the air-conditional and ventilation fan, open door and windows (doors and windows are advised to be open minimum 20 to 30 minutes only ­ depend on the premise size), before re-enter.


4. Ensure all kitchen utensils are properly wash (just by water is sufficient) before use or serve foods or drinks.


5. Ensure staffs are been advice to wash their hand regularly during the first 3 days after the pest control treatment.


6. Ensure all death pests or insects should be clear if noted.


7. Ensure no full housekeeping or cleaning works are done just after the pest control treatment.


8. Ensure all tables and chairs were properly cleaned before been seated by customers.
